COMIPANEL provides an AI-powered manga creation platform that includes:
- AI-generated manga panels and artwork
- Character consistency and management tools
- Manga publishing and distribution platform
- Copyright protection and verification
- Revenue sharing and monetization features
As a COMIPANEL user, you agree to:
- Create original content: Only upload or create content that you have the right to use
- Respect intellectual property: Do not infringe on others' copyrights or trademarks
- Use platform appropriately: Do not use COMIPANEL for illegal or harmful purposes
- Maintain account security: Protect your account credentials and notify us of unauthorized access
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Copyright infringement: Creating content that violates others' intellectual property rights
- Offensive content: Creating or uploading hate speech, violence, or sexually explicit material
- Spam and abuse: Misusing the platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the platform
- Automated abuse: Using bots or automated tools to abuse platform features
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create on COMIPANEL. By publishing your content, you grant COMIPANEL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
Platform Content: All COMIPANEL trademarks, logos, and platform features are the property of COMIPANEL Inc.
AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content is subject to the same intellectual property rights as user-created content. You own the rights to content generated using our tools.
80% Revenue Share for Creators
- Transparent earnings: Creators receive 80% of revenue from their published content
- Monthly payouts: Earnings are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days
- Multiple payment methods: Support for PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency
- Detailed reporting: Real-time analytics and earning reports
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
- • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers
- • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
- • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
COMIPANEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
- Any content obtained from the platform
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
COMIPANEL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- Violates applicable law
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
